DTA, an R/Bioconductor package that implements the DTA kinetic modeling approach capable of the precise determination of synthesis- and decay rates from individual microarray or RNAseq measurements is on Bioconductor now !

Recent activities

The iGEM team of the LMU, tutored by Kemal Akman and others, has reached a bronze medal at the iGEM 2010 competition in Boston!

Our R/Bioconductor package Starr has been released. Starr facilitates the analysis of ChIP-chip data, in particular that of Affymetrix arrays. See the Documentation or the Link to Bioconductor.

Our group has organized the 2009 Conference of the IBS/GMDS Working Group "Statistical Methods in Bioinformatics", Munich, September 17-18. Visit the conference website, see the abstract booklet.
